A Refined Balance of Tradition and Oak - Casa Mexico Añejo Tequila
Tasting Experience
Casa Mexico Añejo Tequila delivers a rich and layered profile shaped by time and craftsmanship. The first sip reveals smooth caramel and roasted agave, followed by warm oak tones from its year-long rest in new American white oak barrels. Subtle notes of toasted nuts, smoked oat, and vanilla round out the palate, while a touch of spice lingers through the finish. This expression is elegant yet robust, offering tequila lovers a sophisticated sipping experience best enjoyed neat or over a single cube of ice.
Craftsmanship
Produced in the highlands of Jalisco at NOM 1455, Casa Mexico Añejo begins with 100% Blue Weber agave slow-baked in traditional brick ovens. The agave is then roller-milled, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in new American white oak, this process transforms the spirit into a deep amber tequila with complexity, smoothness, and refined balance that highlights both the agave and the oak influence.
