Aged 8-10 years, roasted in horno, fermented and distilled in clay pots, this expression reveals both bold regional identity and refined artisanal technique.

Tasting Experience

• Appearance: Clear with pale golden reflections and excellent clarity.

• Nose: Ripe apple, stone fruit, baby’s breath, with subtle vegetal earth and floral lift.

• Palate: Delicate and leathery-sweet, featuring dried fruit, gentle tobacco, with a soft clay pot minerality.

Craftsmanship

• Agave & Source: Made from 100% Lumbre (Agave angustifolia var.), matured 8-10 years in San Bernardo Mixtepec at ~1650 meters.

• Production: Agaves roasted 4-5 days in a rock-lined underground horno using walnut wood; milled by hand with mallets in a wood canoa; fermented 3-5 days in clay pots; twice distilled in small clay pots.
