Known primarily for its wines, California's Napa Valley has recently embraced distilling, hosting two distilleries, including Loch & Union Distilling. Co-founded by Colin Baker and Chris Andrews, their operation boasts custom German-built stills. Among their gins, the "American Dry" stands out as the more traditional choice, crafted from 12 botanicals on a neutral grain base.
