Tasting Experience

• Appearance: Crystal-clear with a faint golden hue from time in oak.

• Nose: Juniper-forward with lifted notes of lemon balm, coriander seed, and wild mint. Subtle hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and a wisp of Islay coastal air.

• Palate: Silky and gently spiced. Layers of citrus and wildflower are framed by soft tannins and mellow wood. Earthy and herbal notes develop mid-palate, offering refined complexity.

• Finish: Long and warming. Oak tannins, citrus peel, and dried herbs linger with a graceful fade.

Craftsmanship

• Botanicals: Features 22 hand-foraged Islay botanicals, including meadowsweet, apple mint, and gorse flower, alongside 9 core gin ingredients.

• Cask Resting: Matured in a combination of American oak, French oak, and refill Scotch whisky casks to enhance complexity without overwhelming the gin’s bright core.

• Distillery: Crafted at Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay using a slow distillation process in a vintage Lomond still.

• ABV: 46%.
